The Ravensburger tax and accounting fraud scandal in the „Schlösser case“ continues to make waves. Those currently politically responsible in the Stuttgart state parliament are still reluctant to take action in this case, they also shy away from reopening the case because they see both political and high-ranking minds rolling. It is also rumored that wrongdoers were at work in Ravensburg who deliberately wanted to let the “lock companies” go “hops”. In secret, it is even alleged that false credit transactions, similar to the Flowtex scandal, were handled by the Weingarten Volksbank for the “lock companies”. When these speculative transactions were exposed at the bank, the tax advisors wanted to cover it up, because a former tax officer from Ravensburg is said to have been involved. In order to protect this, however, Emilie Schlösser was ultimately selected as the guilty party, who was not only accused and convicted of a wrong act, but also lost all of her assets.Read on for the speech by Emilie Schlösser
Emilie Schlösser was accused of tax and balance sheet fraud by the Ravensburg public prosecutor, which was committed by the tax officer together with the tax advisors, but was never charged in a court of law. So that this could also be covered up, the “lock companies” had to be used, which were simply sent into bankruptcy. So the two tax consultants wrote fake invoices to artificially increase sales and at the same time the sales tax so that the “lock companies” could settle the tax debt at the tax office. Mistakes that the two tax advisors made had to be eliminated. From today’s perspective, it is therefore clear that the insolvency was artificially created however, the Ulm tax office could already be taxed before the bankruptcy was opened. Because this process took some time, but the bankruptcy was filed late by the Ravensburg tax office, Emilie Schlösser was also accused of delaying bankruptcy, for which she was also charged and convicted, although this was committed by the two tax advisors. The tax and balance sheet fraud was therefore not committed against the Ravensburg tax office, but rather against the “lock companies”. „No company owner would intentionally increase sales and thus also sales tax for his own company“, was heard from specialist circles, „this can only have been instigated by a tax advisor“, so the further comment. Through extensive research and the compilation of a number of documents, Nachrichten Regional and the interest group “Victims of Justice” came to the conclusion that the tax and balance sheet fraud of the “Schlösser-Firmen” was not tax fraud at all. It can therefore also be stated that the Ravensburg public prosecutor’s office was investigating in the wrong direction, in order to possibly distract from the guilt of the tax advisors. However, the fact that this intention drove the Schlösser family and the Schlösser companies into financial ruin does not seem to interest those responsible so far. Which fates were connected with it and which arbitrariness was behind it does not seem to have reached the Ravensburg public prosecutor’s office yet. It was through wrong approach to the facts, Whether by intention, arbitrariness or inability, whole families, companies and livelihoods are destroyed. Whoever would be responsible for this apparently does not want to clarify Baden-Württemberg’s politics either.
The fact is: On May 6, 2015, at the DEMO of the Munich Justice Victims Association on Munich’s Marienplatz, Emilie Schlösser was given the opportunity to inform the public about her fate and this judicial scandal. Many of their supporters had accompanied them to this demo in Munich in order to provide moral support.
Federal Minister of Justice Heiko Maas, who had promised Emilie Schlösser in Berlin at the end of August 2014 to take care of her case, has turned away from her miserably. His office manager informed her a few days ago that her letters will not be answered by the Federal Minister of Justice in future. In this respect, it can be clear to every citizen which promises made by high-ranking politicians can still be believed (see also the law on data storage). It will be interesting to see what happens in the “Schlösser Case”. The big parties need no longer be surprised, however, that the citizens are turning away from them and prefer to join small political groups that are perhaps more credible and also stand up for the citizens.
„I will not be fobbed off,“ said Emilie Schlösser, „I will continue the fight to the bitter end“. News Regional also believes this, because Emilie Schlösser now has many supporters beyond Ravensburg who firmly believe in her success.
